Susan Bowers
General Manager/Owner
Susan is an accomplished media analyst with more than 25 years
experience in media and marketing. Her background in advertising
spans both advertising agencies and in-house marketing departments.
Prior to
moving to Wichita in 1982, Susan worked as Media Supervisor
for Ellis & Guy Advertising and as Media Director for Bailey
Lewis & Associates in Omaha. She has since served as Marketing
Manager for a 100 unit Godfather's Pizza franchisee, as Marketing
Director for Taco Tico, Inc., and as Director of Media for Stephan
Advertising Agency. Throughout her career, Susan has planned
and purchased media in over 120 markets in the United States.
Susan is
a past member of the Board of Directors for the Wichita River
Festivals, Inc., and has served on several of their committees.
She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Kansas Humane
Society and has chaired "Woofstock" for the last
three years. For several years, Susan worked on the committee
for Zoobilee for the Sedgwick County Zoo.
Susan Simmons
Media Buyer
Susan is a graduate of Oklahoma State University where she earned her Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Business Administration. She also attended Wichita State University Graduate School and has completed additional coursework in business applications and graphic design.
Susan is an experienced media buyer. Prior to joining the Media Partners team, she worked for Shepler's Western Wear as media buyer and assisted in the development and planning of their national advertising campaign.
As a 20 year resident of the city of Wichita, Susan has served on numerous philanthropic and fundraising committees, including the American Cancer Society, Heartspring, St. Jude's Hospital and the Collegiate Association of Parents.
Joe Henson
Graphic Designer
While attending Emporia State University, Joe Henson completed
a two-year internship with Memorial Union Graphics where he designed
for many of the University's publications. After graduating
with his Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree with an emphasis in Graphic
Design, Joe acquired a position with a Wichita based printing
company where he gained true "pre-press and production" experience.
Both confident and motivated, Joe's design capabilities
support the success driven goals of Media Partners, Inc.
Amanda Schneider
Graphic Designer
During her college career at Pittsburg State University, Amanda kept busy interning at the local newspaper, The Morning Sun, and spearheaded campus advertising for the Student Activities Council. After completing her Bachelor of Science Degree in Commercial Graphics, she began her career at a direct mail printing company where she gained pre-press experience. Along with her career duties, Amanda also enjoys keeping up with her photography and fine arts interests. With her creative and artistic talents, Amanda is a supportive addition to the design team at Media Partners.
